If you did a Win 7 install while online it would of installed the webcam drivers, now download audio drivers from SXPS Win7 and all should be ok.

We finally got to the bottom of it, reinstalling with the 64bit version solved the issue, I dont know why but the issue seems tied to the 32bit version.
