Can anyone help me Yes it is a “chipset limitation”, but what they “forgot” to include is that it’s a intentional limitation. I’ve been playing around for hours and I can’t figure it out. You will need a newer motherboard to use more memory. Now, if Intel decided to limit the chipset to 4GB total usable memory there is nothing you can do. So if the chipset supports 4 GB max why am I only able to use 2.

Windows 7 64 bit even shows that 4 GB memory is mounted, but that only 2. Ga945gcm s2c the loss of 1 GB no ga945gcm s2c how I set it up annoys me. I can’t find memory remapping in my bios which I’ve seen other forums mention.

Can anyone help me I think I’ll order ga945gcm s2c newer motherboard without the i chipset. But I still don’t understand where the 1 GB got lost since the on board graphics isn’t capable of eating that much and the chipset ga945gcm s2c supposed to support 4 GB on a 64 bit system. The on board graphics memory is capped at a maximum of 32 or 64 MB main memory so that has nothing to do with this massive amount of unusable ga945gcm s2c. If you use a smaller graphics card you will see more memory, like if you use a card with MB you should see about 3.
If it cannot handle 4 GB of ram, which is clearly the case with this motherboard they shouldn’t ga945gcm s2c so. I was wondering if you found a solution on the memory problem?

Join Date Jun Posts 2. The loss 2sc MB because of my x2 isn’t the ga945gcm s2c, that I can live with. I’d say my machine ga945gcm s2c be running at nearly 4 GB of available memory when I use the on board graphics card since it only requires something like 32 MB or ga945gcm s2c of my main memory, or is this not correct? One thing I discovered which seems very strange for my perspective is that when I plug in a ATI x2 2GB card instead of my old it reduces the memory available to 2. But other than that my problem is exactly the same.

Ga945gcm s2c, if Intel decided to limit the chipset to 4GB total usable memory there is nothing you can do. So that would also always be minus your onboard GFX card as well. Durduden are ga945gcm s2c using ga945gcm s2c latest BIOS? Found this on your link from Intel which seems a ga945gcm s2c mind blowing at least for me it concerns something about the memory controller: The time now is I’ve been playing around for hours and I can’t figure it out.
If Intel did not disable PAE on your chipset then it’s going to work. Now it’ll even be able to play the latest games the Pro does not ga945gcm s2c Pixel Shader 3.
Once again it has nothing to do with my on board graphics card. Results 1 to 10 of Anyway back on topic – you could try with bit Windows Server Yes it is a ga945gcm s2c limitation”, but what ga945gcm s2c “forgot” to include is that it’s a intentional limitation.
I sure don’t hope another motherboard will have the same problems or is this only on this specific memory controller combined with the chipset i?
Yes the 64 bit OS is of course necessary and that is not the problem. I’ve looked ga945gcm s2c any possible option in BIOS; extended memory and so on. Ga945gcm s2c anyone got any idea of what might be the exact problem?
